  • Huawei Honor 8 FRD-AL00 - IMEI 0000000

Hello ! Gentlemen, I have this problem. Well, my client bought Honor 8 FRD-AL00. Updated and unfortunately hard brick. The phone did not respond only to fastboot. I bought a 15 Euro top-up and I used Rom Factory with Method 2. (The first method did not work completely - it was too crowded). After flashing the phone, I updated the B175 with SD Uptade before SD. The phone got up and worked but there is IMEI. A strange situation because after connecting to dc-unlocker in fastboot mode IMEI is detected.

    Here is the proof:

    Found Phone: FRD
Model: Huawei phone in fastboot mode
    IMEI: 86369 ***********
    Firmware: FRD-C00B175

    IMEI1: 863696 ********
    MEID: A000006D4DD67F
    FB LockState: UNLOCKED
    USER LockState: LOCKED
    unlocked
    Battery state: 3174mv

Any ideas ? The phone is now working, everything works but there is no IMEI and it shows that there is some NCK simlock. I am asking for advice on what to do.

You must use latest DC-phoenix v47 version to solve this error.

It means we don't have this one at the moment. Can request files here: https://forum.dc-unlocker.com/forum/...-firmware-here

Okey, but I can try flash another firmware for FRD-AL00?
I will not brick the device?

There is always a chance to brick a device when flashing, we won't know what bricks it what's not.

Hello ! So yes, now I'm starting to write IMEI. After reading the information by HCU, I have such a printout. I am asking you to check if everything is fine and if after entering new IMEI the phone will work and there will be no message about Simlock.

So your "professional eye" does not see any contraindications before entering IMEI? Because, as you can see, in HCU it shows that IMEI 1 exists but when you enter * # 06 # it shows 0000000.

Your questions has nothing to do with what you asked before and what HCU shows... So i repeat again if you want to repair, go and proceed - it will be repaired for sure. We won't know about sim lock data.
