  • Unlock Bootloader, phone not detected

Hello, i want to unlock my phone's bootloader, i bought the 4 credits necessary for it, but DC-Unlocker doesn't detect the phone properly, and i don't have the "read bootloader" button.
what am i doing wrong, how can i fix this?
also i wanted to point out that the reason i'm doing this is because my phone was bricked, and then thanks to DC Phoenix i manager to unbrick it, but my imei is gone, so i want to unlock the bootloader in order to root the phone and push the imei back, i wanted to ask for your opinion is this the right approach to take or is there something else i should do?

We do not have bootloader unlock service, we can only read bootloader code from phone.

How to read bootloader unlock code from working phone see here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/how-to-r...er-unlock-code
Bootloader is unlocked from cmd/adb, can follow this guide: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/free-hua...nlock-tutorial

If phone is bricked you won't be able to read bootloader code from it, even if you get bootloader code - you won't be able to unlock it on malfunctioning phone. Repair guide here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/DC-Phoen...epair-tutorial

You should use HCU for IMEI repair.

If there is no service and card is valid/working, settings correct etc., then there can only be problem in nv partitions of the phone that are responsible for connection functions. Guide for repairing it here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/huawei-no-service-repair

I can't find it, if you could give me a link to it that would be great, also check this out, I downloaded "Sim card" app and it says sim locked, could that be the problem, that the phone is sim locked? By the way the app recognized my sim card it's number the carrier name everything, so the phone is reading the card, there is just no signal
Thank you for your support I really appreciate it

We do not have any links or suggestions, you can only ask people if they could share backup of same phone with you so you could flash and restore yours. I can't confirm anything about other apps and what they say/show.

Ok thank you for your help, i'll try and find the back up, one last question, since i already payed 15 credits to use DC Phoenix to repair my phone, do i need to pay again in order to flash backup?
also, when i use HCU to repair IMEI all went good, except for the fact that i don't have dual sim anymore, what did i do wrong, how can i fix it, and thank you

15 credits work for 72h, then need new credits. There is field on repair tab to change from single sim to dual as you can see, make sure firmware of phone supports it as well.
