Download the same version and flash update.app in Fastboot mode with DC Phoenix. After the flashing complete, turn off phone remove memory card and press vol - and vol + button and insert USB cable and flash the update.app again in upgrade mode. Hope it will revive your phone.

What firmware was installed before the update? and which firmware you used for update before bricking the phone. Always write the full details so that one could understand and help. We do not know about any thing about the firmware you used so how could we suggest any thing blindly ?

unfortunately I do not know what firmware I had before apart that it was a vodafone and android 7.0, in essence I changed the screen to the smartphone that was damaged, after closing it I turned it on and remained locked at boot in the "vodafone" screen, then I made wipe but it did not work the same, stupidly I downgraded by downloading from the huawei site the rollback package HUAWEI P9 Lite Firmware (VNS-L31, Android 6.0, EMUI 4.1, C432B160, WEU) and HUAWEI P9 Lite Rollback Package (VNS-L31, from Android 7.0 EMUI 5.0 to Android 6.0 EMUI 4.1, C900B300, Italian) at startup this time it was stuck on the logo and did not go into recovery, now I tried 100 firmware but it gives me an error

You might try a combination of the board firmware plus the following two: https://get-file.org/getf/639e79df7d...72f3205de73f6d (Update App) and https://get-file.org/getf/896cad8b8e...bda41eb35bcb83 (Customization). The latter configures your phone to the OEM-Info on the phone. OEM-Info and Cust define the region and/or the mobile provider.
