  • MATE 10 PRO HARDBRİCK USB-SER Device Manager

The Mate 10 Pro (BLA-L29) device was switched off from the 'load install update' screen when switching from C636 to C432 and was not turned on. It does not enter Fastboot mode. It does not enter Recovery. Appears to be 'usb-ser' in the device manager. Please help me.

Open DC Phoenix and click on download files and write BLA in the search bar of the download page. There you will see BLA-AL00B_1.0.0.35_Board_Software_China_Nonspecific_An droid_8.0.0_EMUI_8.0.0_05022FPT.dgkts" file download it.

For the board firmware AL00 or L29 do not matter, you need to proceed with a proper firmware for your device. In order to change from USB_SER to USB_COM1.0 you have to install drivers: https://files.dc-unlocker.com/share....A9CDD918BEC235
Did you install the proper OEM Info for C432 before flashing a C432 firmware?

                        REBRAND?
Yeah. I ran rebrand.bat before the flashing and chose C636.

Ah yes, I know that error message. Don't know if it is hard- or software-related... I sent in a bricked P9 Lite where I had that response, they will inspect the issue...
