same error code with Huawei Mate 10 Lite RNE-L21 upgraded to 8.0 Android version.
I've bought 4 credits trought the app "Huawei Bootloader unlock codes" and received the credentials but the program doesn't find my phone (all drivers and HiSuite installed + Manufactur mode enabled)

Is there another way?
