Huawei mediapad M5

Hi all,

I have a Huawei mediapad M5, China version...and... I want to root it. I bought the 15cr requested by DC-Unlocker. It seems my Huawei had been factory reseted. But is it rooted? Not sure. 15cr for nothing much than factory reset ? Hu... expensive. I want to use the command fastboot oem unlock ..... but it asks me for a password, supposed to be given by DC-Unlocker. I don't have this password because DC-unlocked didn't give it to me.

Oh, and when I go to the Fastboot&rescue mode, it's still " Phone Locked".

Do anyone know a real good working rooting méthod for yhis Huawei tablet ?

I think you misunderstood what frp erase does to begin with, it removes google account sign in from boot up screen.. https://forum.dc-unlocker.com/forum/...sted-read-here
