Thanks for answer. So what can i do? My phone is detect by pc in fastboot mode but adb command are not allowed. I must use Dc Phoenix for flash a stock frimware? Or lock the bootloader? Any clue? I have stock recovery and RR rom. System starts and after 6 seconds restart. I have no time to change enything in os

You should try to force upgrade from sd card for now, with full stock rom file.
