I want to read bootloader code, but first i have massage such a "FRP is lock" or something , so in dc-unlocker platform i want to remove FRP i first step and read bootloader code after. Any ideas?

In this situation the biggest problem is first try took my credits, and continue this operation slowly is unprofitable...

I can start only Huawei eRecovery, and there was options: Download latest version and recovery (but it doesn't work, 1. i can't see my home wifi, where i make a hotspot in other smartphone, huawei is connected, but is messege "Software install failed" or something... I dropped Firmware : VTR-L29C738B150 on the sd card, and click combination power, -, + but processing stop on 5% and I have the same messege. "Software install failed"
I don't know how unbrick it...
