Factory Reset Protection Erase Start - Fastboot Command Fail

Sorry but I did what your program told me
I read that it support my phone
I need fastboot oem unlock to relock the phone
Then in rescue mode with HiSuite it told me to add more credits I did again total 15
started and ended with the same result
and about unlocking bootloader I knew it I did it before and the phone already unlocked so I want to relock it to flash factory rom and get the phone to work, I need the code only
but after opening the program I thought it will give me at least code but when asking to add credits I thought it will relock the Bootloader too to fix the phone

At least return the credits to account as the other user above to try DCPhoenix if it will work and flash the factory firmware

I dropped Firmware : VTR-L29C738B150 on the sd card, and click combination power, -, + but processing stop on 5% and I have the same messege. "Software install failed"
I don't know how unbrick it...
