Not necessarily, but damaged indeed by incorrect flashing if you tried to flash from android 9 to android 8. In your case, you should probably flash it with board software to have a clean installation of new firmware. Example/tutorial here: https://www.dc-unlocker.com/dcphoeni...nv-files-flash

I brought it to 8.2.0.131 region C781 with HiSuite before using HCU. Now I'm trying to install 8.2.0.131 c432 - in fact I was thinking it should be similar. point is that the phone does not react to anything, does not light up, just black. it must be detected as Huawei USB COM but when flasho firmware fails. written: Cannot detect device an upgrade mode. driver I was installed

I made another disaster. phone did not go into "upgrade mode" I found a SNE-L21 1.0.0.27 SydneyM board firmware + update.app SNE-LX1 8.2.0.C432 - finished the procedure - it's alive but it's another phone. chipset-miami 7.0.0.001 (029x) instead of: 8.2.0.001 3GB ram instead of 4GB name FAY instead of SNE-LX1 problem now is to recover IMEI, it does not accept its native. it is a pity that there is no firmware for this model in your database. i still have about 3 hours of license - is there any way to recover IMEI? thank you very much .

If you haven't saved phone data then no, unless you did something on HCU before as HCU makes backups of device detection. Can select then backup on HCU software and it will fill repair fields automatically. Correct data on your mobile should be shown back normally after you flash it with full stock rom firmware.

unfortunately, I didn't back up the phone before putting myself to the procedures, I have the HCU file - in fact when I enter the data, it writes them then I turn on the phone and the IMEI is 0000 ... I also have the doubt of the wrong software board - I downloaded at least three name: SNE-SydneyM but in the .xml file it says Kirin670 (I have 710) where can I find the correct one for Mate 20 Lite SNE-LX1? if you have a suggestion ..., thanks

Dear Valdemaras with a lot of patience, here we are again. I have tried to debrand SNE-LX1 from C781 wind / IT to C432 eu. I was wrong - so much so that the phone no longer reacted only to fastboot and test mode. As you suggested I flashed the Board Firmware SNE-L21 1.0.0.26 after SNE-LX1 firmware 8.2.0.131 and also 8.2.0.143 always Android 8.2 (I only have 2 files update and update_sd_SNE-L01_hw_eu) but it seems that in reality it doesn't install. Features of the phone have completely changed. Name FAY / RAM 3GB instead of 4GB / Android 7 instead of A8… and more… do you have any advice for me, please? thanks .. and happy Sunday. I have downloaded several Board Software 1.0.20,1.0.27 maybe I have to use a specific version? on the internal XML file. they all wrote Kirin 670, our phone is Kirin 710 i can't find a firmware with NV, i found a dump 8.2.1.144 (c432) ??You do not have permission to view this gallery.

I have a backup of 06.02.2022 made with DC Phoenix with partitions nvme, modemnv ... but made after debrand, original backup is not there. if I do temporary unlock bootloader option, can I install TWRP Recovery and maybe flash firmware in .zip format? sorry for my confusion, now I do not understand anything.
Fastboot provided info: Model: SNE Firmware: Chipset-miami 8.2.0.001 (029X) Vendor: hw Country: eu SN: HVY0218820005549 Bootloader FB lock: locked Bootloader User lock: locked 2022-03-21 12: 52: 48.587 Fastboot command fail!
the phone comes on with the white writing Huawei, with features Android 7 model FAY, build Chipset-Miami 7.0.0.001 (029X). Attached to HiSuite detects SNE, Android 8. but does not update.

ok, I understand this. but I don't understand which firmware to install to remove chipset-miamic20 ... sne-lx1c431b131? or which one? through dload SD it does not accept anything, with DC-Phoenix it installs but always remains in the chipset etc ... I have 2 UPDATE.APP - the big base one and then update_SNE_L21_hw_eu.app - do I flash it immediately afterwards? thank you

I didn't write it to you before but yesterday I made a real disaster. I flashed so many "things" that the phone was "passed out" only black did not turn on it did not vibrate, NOTHING. I got really scared. Now I flashed the SNE-AL00 1.0.0.26 board - it turned on. To finally get things right. now I fix the data with HCU and flasho firmware for the model? Or first I install firmware and then fix with HCU ?? I'm really confused, I beg your pardon and of course I always thank you for it.
