You can try to update the modems firmware. This may help you to unlock it.

erm, which is the latest? For I cannot seem to flash the firmware on it ( lights blinking every 2 seconds at Download data screen)

I also encountered the same problem like hoan99999. Additionally, I download the modem firmware like your suggestion and upgrade but failed although I entered the right Flash Code. It seemed that the version 11.126.11.01.439 cannot be upgradable.

Please show me new effective methods.

I have many....i have dc-unlocker but i get that the customized firmware dont unlock.....do you have any solution as per now?

I've accidentally updated the standard E1750 with viettel firmware 11.126.13.00.439 ( http://depositfiles.com/en/files/yjhf498pf ) - yeah, stupid mistake.
And this one doesn't seem to be unlockable yet. Any chance of getting the unlocking for this one to work?
I tried to re-flash it with standard 11.126.13.00.00 but the flash fails right in the beginning.
Maybe flashing with the older (unlockable) viettel firmware would be an option, but unfortunately I can't find any download for that one.

Update ur modem firmware ..with a new one..and put unlock code when asked......

Unfortunately that doesn't work. I tried to flash the "generic" one over that but it just fails. The only one I'm able to flash in there is that viettel one, with every other if just fails.
I also hacked the viettel firmware flasher (it's a bit different from the generic flasher) a little to make it flash the generic firmware instead of the viettel one, but it fails anyway.

It accepts the flash code, starts with data backup and after 1 or two minutes of no progress I get an error.
