Make sure drivers are installed.
Make sure modem software is turned off.
Make sure there is no other Huawei devices connected at the same time.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Try restarting your computer.
If the problem still exists, try other computer.

How do you connect your router? Via LAN cable or via USB?
Can you try both ways to detect it with DC-Unlocker?

huawei B933 only have lan as connection no usb port. no ther way to connect it to the pc. only rj45 port.

Connect it by lan cable. Set router and lan card that router is connected to dhcp and try to detect then.

How to set DHCP:
Go to your routers properties and to your Network cards properties.
Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) and click Properties.
Select Obtain an IP address automatically.
Click Advanced and make sure there is an entry "DHCP enabled".
