Hello. Can you test your modem with other providers SIM card inserted? Is it working? Our logs say that it was unlocked.

I have tried another foreign sim card it says invalid sim

I have tried inserting a foreign sim card and it says invalid sim as when during the unlock process i receive a unlock error code 21 and then the credit is gone there is no unlock code given
