No, sorry, this software does not have such function.

Try to make file extension as ISO, not iso. Maybe this will help.
Try other dashboard file.

This means your dashboard iso file does not have all needed data inside, so software is not able to open profiles.
You should check for other dashboard file or make sure there are no files missing inside dashboard iso file.

what files name should be in .sio files? My Huawei dashboard is from Lithuanian operator Omnitel and mobile partner is renamed in to Omnitel mobilusis internetas . The main folder is renamed in Omnitel mobilusis internetas too.

What modem model do you have?

Dashboard iso file contains data.bin and setup.exe inside.
There are some data.bin files which does not allow to edit profiles, so Dashboard creator/writer software cannot open it (shows invalid iso file error, like above). So, that means you should find data.bin file which can be edited.
I cannot tell you which can or can't be edited - it depends on what providers dashboard you are trying to edit.

As you told in other posts, you used some of dashboards updaters.
So, this is not dashboard creator software problem.
