Modem not detected in dashboard writer but modem is detected in DC unlocker.

Try other USB port, try other computer.

can somebody tell me how i can create a dashboard for win and mac, both systems?
or if this isn't possible, how can i create a dashboard for mac? i can't find a guide anywhere.

No Port Detected by Huawei Dashboard Creator/writer beta

Hi Gintas,

I am using your Huawei Dashboard wirter from the launching date & it's working very smoothly. But these days i face some problem.. link when i try to update new models like e303 or e1731 it's not detecting any port (But DC client detect the modem and ports). I check this to other pc and laptops but the problem is same.... I think there is any technical issue in the software...

check it and try to fix it asap..

Try reinstalling drivers.
Try other drivers.
Check in task manager, maybe something is taking the port.

no dear it's not Hilink.
when i am using a customized dashboard updater which create with Huawei Dashboard Tool then it's detecting modem and update successfully.

If you want i can give you Team Viewer Control to check....

But Huawei Dashboard Tool 0.0.8 and DC Unlocker Client detects flawlessly.

Please do the needful to fix the bug!

You can copy dashboard just by doing this:
Connect modem to computer, go to My Computer, find your modem drive there, right click > Open > Copy all files from there.
After you have all files, you can create dashboard ISO file using Huawei dashboard tools (see link in first post).

Huawei E173Cs-1 and E303C/E303S port detecting fixed.
