After each error remove battery for 20 seconds, then connect it back and try detecting again.
Be sure that you use drivers provided in instructions link.
    Try other computer.
Try other usb port that is directly to motherboard with usb hubs.
Be sure phone battery fully charged.

Restart phone, remove battery for 20 seconds, then place it back, turn phone back to fastboot mode, install drivers again (from our procedure) and follow the instructions again.

Could you try other USB port? Or even other computer?
Make sure you install drivers from our procedure by following the instructions.

                Hi there

I know it has been more than a year now, buit did you (or anyone) find any solution?

I have a Huawei U8160 locked on Vodafone and have also tried everything:
                - Followed the website procedure step by step
                - have enough credits
                - tried diferent computers, operating systems, usb ports
                - removed batery for 20 seconds
                - re-installed drivers

still..I got the exact same message that dragonmm2010.

                Any suggestions?

                Thank you for your time

Do you login to server for full detection as mentioned in the guide?

Yes I do. Everything is as it is supposed to be except it seems to stop recognizing the phone in the middle of the process.

Would be there a possibility to try different usb cable to detect your phone with? Also maybe there are phones/modems connected to pc at time you try to detect it? What version of dc-unlocker you have installed?

                        Thanks for the reply!

I have tried unplugging everything else from de computer, and I have also tried many different versions of the software, since this phone is supported. I am now using the most recent one again (1.00.1018) but the results are the same.

As for the cable, I don't have any other I can try right now but this one is in good condition for every data transfers and usb detections.

Could you go to device manager and check under what name your phone appears there?

On windows 7 it is "Android Sooner Single ADB Interface" under "Android Phone" (driver updated automatically).
On windows XP it is the same name under "ADB Interface".

Does it make any difference which SIM or SD card is inserted on the phone?

Have you tried to install and use drivers from the guide, not ones that install automatically after you connect phone to pc?
