maybe it depends only on my own PC-hardware, i dont know.
After 4-6 try to detect my modem - it has been detected. If i plug it off and back to PC - its detected from the first try.

This happened, because DC-Unlocker did not select correct COM ports for modem detection, so modem was detected incorrectly and you got message "modem not supported".
DC-Unlocker can select incorrect COM ports if there are other same manufacturers device (Huawei in this case) connected at the same time, or there are modems connection software running, or other software is using COM ports that DC-Unlocker needs to detect the modem.
