Try to install all drivers manually from connection software driver folder. Then connect modem.
Maybe any of drivers are missing and thats why connection software does not see your modem.
...doesn't work...in my pc it seems like a device in modem.
but with "mobilink" and "o2 connection manager" doesn't see the key...i have try to connect without this software with manually connection and it doesn't work....this is a conseguence of a bad upgrade. is there any work to have a strong reset of device?

Sorry, but I do not know what may help you more. I think your modem is damaged.
