option gtm382 mo0401 - cannot unlock: error code 72

I am using latest software 1.00.1233 , in log i got only: 2015.12.04 17:27:57 DETECT GTM 382 3545xxxxxxxxxx 1.7.0.0Hd LOCKED (PH-NET PIN)
I replaced last 11 imei digits with an "x", all other details I already described in my first post:

NVitem not active
Error code 72
Unlock failed !

Hello, please use latest DC-unlocker software and if having problems be kind and provide full details, this will decrease time to locate problem .

I am Vygis dongle user, got credits and all, when trying to unlock, got message:

Error code 72
Unlock failed !
