Hello, I just purchased 10 credits to unlock a Netgear/Sierra Wireless 815S, downloaded the application, clicked the verification link which stated my account is unblocked. I have tried running the application normally and as admin but when trying to unlock I get "Error connecting to server ! Error Code 62. Unlock Failed" and when I simply try to verify my account I only get "Error connecting to server !" I have also put in an exception to my firewall to allow this application full access. I can't think of any more troubleshooting I can do on my end. Any help would be appreciated. I also tried live chat and messaging via the contact button but nothing works.
