    Hello, I just purchased 10 credits to unlock a Netgear/Sierra Wireless 815S, downloaded the application, clicked the verification link which stated my account is unblocked. I have tried running the application normally and as admin but when trying to unlock I get "Error connecting to server ! Error Code 62. Unlock Failed" and when I simply try to verify my account I only get "Error connecting to server !" I have also put in an exception to my firewall to allow this application full access. I can't think of any more troubleshooting I can do on my end. Any help would be appreciated. I also tried live chat and messaging via the contact button but nothing works.

    To locate actual problem disconnect 815 from pc, then try to log in, if it work, it means device tries to overtake connection, in which case you would need to change your adapter priorities.
