There's nobody on the live chat - and I Would like to unlock the 760S also..
The software doesn't detect the device - and I have the 949 version.
I only have internet for another 10 minutes or so - unless I can get the device unlocked.

If you can not detect modem you should check the fallowing:
Check, if the drivers are installed
Check, if the connection software for this modem is closed and modem is not connected to internet
Check, if you use autodetect function in dc-unlocker software
Check, if you use latest dc-unlocker software version.

My BigPond modem reports as unlocked. However it will not connect to the network assciated with mt non BigPond sim.

Can you help?

I know the BiPond branded modem is a problem But surely there must be a solution?

After unlock you have to set correct connection settings for each provider - APN, login, password, etc.

If modem does not let edit/create/remove profiles and add custom settings, then you might need to update modem firmware to unbranded one.

Hi Did you get your 760s Bigpond sorted? I have unlocked mine with DC-unlocker but with a YES OPTUS Sim it says Connection error (33).
Does anyone know. I see no where to change the APN

Error 33 is not unlock error.
It is connection settings error.

The 760s resets MEP lock after reset or firmware update.

Is the same solution available as 754s to repeat unlock with the same username and password with 0 credits?

If the device was unlocked with dc-unlocker, unlocking it again with same username and password costs 0 credits.

As the unlocking problem with the Sierra Aircard 760s been solved when locked to Telstra Bigpond as I woud also like to have mine done?

I travel OS and would like to use on other networks to save purchasing another.
