Solved after contacting via Live Chat.
Modem was not locked or was unlocked already.
You had to set correct connection settings for each provider which you are going to use.

There's nobody on the live chat - and I Would like to unlock the 760S also..
The software doesn't detect the device - and I have the 949 version.
I only have internet for another 10 minutes or so - unless I can get the device unlocked.
