Have you tried to detect it by dc-unlocker? If it was detected please paste us here its information. Try to detect it as various models and manufacturers.

i just tried detecting it sir with every manufacturer that is in the list of dc unlocker but no luck

It is okay that it is connected via lan cable. Maybe device is in use when you try to detect it?

Yes, I tried but dc-unlocker cannot detect it. Hopefully we can have the manufacturer in the software which is Quanta.

You should try to detect by selecting various manufacturers from the list. Make sure modem appears in device manager under modems and ports lines.

What if the device cannot be seen in device manager but I can see thru the lan status that the device is connected.

Sorry, if device can not be detected by dc-unlocker software, we can not work on it also.

If anyone knows where to unlock this Quanta, please respond on this post... i've been searching for so long as this is the default router now for Mobily operator in saudi.
