I updated it using the update function in the t-mobile dashboard, but it didnt help unlocking.

Do you have any dashboard support icera vodafone modems? If not even you have already unlock with this software you also cannot connect to the internet , cuz the vodafone dashboard has block even you have seen the blue light blinking but you still couldnt connect, this is what i am facing and hope DC can do something on it :）

Sir , i think you never come to the point ? I am talking about the dashboard for vodafone icera , the link that you give me it just flashing the modem back to original , but it doesnt change it to debrand dashboard . But i really appreciate you do read my post .

If you were asking about not customized dashboard for Vodafone modems, then unfortunately but we do not have it here, but if you have K3770-Z modem, you can debrand, for instance to MF192, and it will work with standart dashboard.
