Please try to write dashboard from MF192+ modem.

I tried this but after write this dashboard after install and add correct setting I got only "can't connect becsoue port is busy" mean this dashboard not working with MF195 modem firmware.

Connect your dongle to pc, the run sotware. Open Accaunt data tab and click check login. When your dongle is connected to pc you do not need to enter username or password as there are no for dongle users.

Are username/password fields greyed out? If not then it means your dongle is not recognized on pc, try to connect it to other usb port.

Yes, its supposed to be like this, you can not work with dc-unlocker dongle being disconnected from pc sir.
