i'm dongle user
when i trying to open ZTE Qualcomm writer v 17
with any type of zte modes zte 180 or zte 190 or zte 190s
i have this error " List index out of bounds (0)

when i opened it without modem , opened ok
then i connect modem mf190 and click on refresh
raise the same error
Exception: List index out of bounds (0)
please help as soon as possible

tried version 16 and 15 the same error

Which windows version do you use? Can you make log file? Start software, press ctrl+l, conenct modem, after error log file should be created. Send the file to us here or by live support from dc-unlocker web page.

At the moment tool is not being developed further and this device is not supported for flashing sadly.
