Anyone can please post a solution to use this dongle with different simcard?

I can confirm that it's not locked, but the vodafone software doesn't accept any different operator!

this dongle(k3805-z) is not actually locked in the hardware it is locked by the dashboard. i have installed O2 connection manager 8.5.4.475 setup the profile for t-mobile and giff gaff and it works fine

Use any sim in k3805-z dongle

I connect with any sim using this connection manager:

install the dongle as usual. close the vodafone lite connection manager then intstall the O2 manager above.

then setup a profile for your particular sim.

Connect!!!

i have not tested the other dialer's, but my main point is, can we change the Dashboard of this modem ?
to make it work like Plug n Play

Can try to write by dc-unlocker, but I am not sure if it will work or will work good.
Detect modem. Then select read dashboard. You curerent dashboard will be readed. You will be able to write it back if write dashboard fails or in does not work. After that select write dashboard. Select dashboard file you wqant to write (dashboard file to write you can download here: http://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/open/55) and click write.
If the written dashboard does not work, write back original dashboard.

If you cannot detect modem, check this:
Make sure drivers are installed.
Use latest DC-Unlocker client software.
Use Autodetect.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is turned off.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.

Sorry, this modem model is not supported and cannot be unlocked with DC-Unlocker.
Maybe in future it will be supported, but do not know when exactly.
