My k3570-z modem and diagnostic port both are undetectable on my laptop.

i am not able to detect the modem on my laptop both by the ate software and dc-unlocker.
can the modem be detected without simcard? i have tried all things, i have already unlocked it with dc-unlocker. by mistake i enabled the diagnose port. then after disabling the same. i have only once able to detect the modem. after that modem is undetectable. only virtual cd-rom is getting detected... can someone tell me what's wrong...? what do i need to do..?

It has never been unlocked by dc-unlocker. There are no records in server about this modem unlock. So, please do not lie.

Dc-unlocker does not lock anything. Sorry, do not know what may be wrong if at command does not help.

actually now it's not even getting detected, so no use of any command..
cd-rom is working fine. but there's no modem showing.

Try to eject cd-rom, then wait till device manager finds new devices, then install drivers for these device.
