hello, when unlocking time original sim has to insert ?

Make sure drivers are installed.
Make sure modem is not connected to internet.
Make sure modems connection software is turned off.
Try restarting your computer.
Try other computer.

Try to use enable diagnostic port function from dc-unlocker software. Then restart modem and try detecting.

& i use it.
But i need to Unlock as Per plug-&-play.
Becz that Zte-modem came from Customer For Unlocking.....

Correct SIM lock status will be shown only when other providers (not original) SIM card will be inserted in the modem.
