Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.

If you are sure that there is no such software left on your computer, then try again to connect.
You are now unblocked.

Are you sure you get this username after you bought credits?

Also, your IP might be blocked because of WinPcap.
