Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
I uninstalled winamp message has now put

I have a similar problem. I have installed Mobile Partner 23 (to change language to german and some other changes and make flashable versions of this software), and now DC-Unlocker detects monitoring software. I have read this thread, and found that mobile partner installed winpcap-drivers.
Any hints to use both programs?
