Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

I found winpcap on my PC and removed it.

My Vygis dongle ID 00036181.

Try to check it in your computer > Program Files.
Or go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel and uninstall it from there.

If you are sure its uninstalled - try again to connect.

I have a similar problem. I have installed Mobile Partner 23 (to change language to german and some other changes and make flashable versions of this software), and now DC-Unlocker detects monitoring software. I have read this thread, and found that mobile partner installed winpcap-drivers.
Any hints to use both programs?

Just remove this driver from mobile partner directory.
Mobile partner should keep working without it also.
