Check adapter binding settings https://www.dc-unlocker.com/adapter-binding-settings put connection of device that you try to unlock on the bottom of the list, then reconnect device to pc and repeat detect/unlock.

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.

You must use latest dc-unlocker software https://www.dc-unlocker.com/downloads/get/oj3xOlok
Forum account and account used for logging into server from software are not related.

You get correct username and password for logging into server when you purchase credits. You can buy them here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy . After making payment, check your email for server login information.

Please write username that you received after credits purchase. Then we would be able to check more, why do you receive this error.

cant unlock modem since yesterday..i always get error 62.

im trying to unlock huawei E153 ang huawei b933.
