This is the behavior I see. What is the proposed way of doing this if you need 2 connections at once ? i.e. I tried with no luck to unlock huawei E5332S-2. If I connect to my dongle via WLAN card, software detects the modem, but can't connect to the server, obviously, because there are no WAN connection.
If I connect the dogne via USB and use my normal WLAN modem, which has access to the internet, it fails to detect my dongle, but can connect to the internet. So from the short observation, I see no way to unlock my dongle using your software, as detection is broken.

Hi, I tried to unlock Globesurfer Icon 7.2 but I have a problem. If I am connect to internet using this modem DC Unlocker doesn't detect the card, and if I put the other sim, close all applications relating to the modem and try to unlock it it posts this error message:

Unlocking, please wait ...

Error connecting to server !

(error code 62)

Does it mean that in order to unlock it I have to have another internet connection active at the time?

How many credits do you have to buy? The device I was looking to unlock is listed on your supported devices list as 'free-unlimited'
So I bought a credit (not knowing how many I needed to get a username/password) and got the 'unblock' email and followed the link. Still sitting here twiddling my thumbs for close to an hour. How long does it take?

Prices for unlocking are listed here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user_prices , unless you have dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or inifnity dongle. Username and password are sent to email address that was used during payment registration (on first DC-Unlocker page where you fill in your data). Then you need to use this login info on software to login into server and perform unlock like shown in any of the tutorials - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/tutorials .

When I check from internet then it shows 88.196.133.250

There were too many incorrect login enters, so you got blocked on the system. Now unblocked you and connection should be successful.

If you still won't be able to connect check your ip address here - http://www.whatismyip.org/ and look if its the same one that you've posted here.
