Try to see these settings here - https://www.dc-unlocker.com/b683-det...dapter-binding , make sure your modem connection is on top of the list. For changes to apply pc restart may be required. If possible try to use dsl cable or wireless connection method.

No blocks on your ip as well. Maybe there are more phones/modems connected to pc when you try to unlock this device?

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.

I've got the same error 62 and i tested on 3 different computer with xp and 7.Dongle ID:095226FC.

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.
