I am receiving this error: "Error connecting to server !" when trying to unlock my device

Device: ZTE MF91 (telstra 4g)
Purchased credits: 7

No blocks on your ip aswell. Check adapter binding settings here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/b683-det...dapter-binding make sure your r201 connection is on the bottom of the list. Restart pc after you make changes there.

I´m facing same problem as other users, I always get error 62 when trying unlock huawei modem r201, I´m using dc unlock client 2 and my username is "petermov", I´ve purchased 7 credits by paypal to unlock this device.

Could you tell us your ip adress? Your username has no blocks on it.

by mistake i use riff box at same time

You are blocked now on our system because there was a JTAG running while you used dc-unlocker services. i'll unblock you, but before you use dc-unlocker again, make sure JTAG is turned off.

No blocks on your dongle or IP adress, check these things:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection. Like antivirus.
If possible, try to use other connection method.

Hi I have a dc unlock account with username: briggz5d - 2 credits remaining
I also paid a Nigerian Reseller today for 10 credits - he sent me a new username : briggs - which had 10 credits.

When I tried to unlock I got the Error 62.
After trying on other computer and changing network I found only 2 credits remaining on the briggs account.

The e303 modem has not been unlocked so why was my 8 credits deducted?
Are my usernames Briggs and Briggz5d blocked?
Please help

Here is no block and all servers are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
Also, you can repeat unlock. Unlocking same device does not require credits.
4 credits added back to your account.

Am I blocked?

Write your username that you received after credits purchase or dongle serial number. Then we would be able to check, why you receive this error.
