am using vpn for internet.before once valdemaras said that unknowingly my system has been blocked.i told him that i didnt installed anything.he replied it may error in server. now am getting 62 error.pls help.i have to unlock some devices which has to be dispatched tomorrow morning.

so i have tried in another computer.same error occurs.

Write ip address that you use. Will check one more time.

i have formatted my computer system.but nothing works.after a long check i have seen that npf.sys is in my computer. but it wont be a network scanner.it has been installed by my video driver AMD60.i dont know what will happpen if i remove the file from drivers list.

may i know why dc detects just a video driver and blocks my device from server?.or let me know what kind of software i have to use to remove the driver safely without affecting my system kernal.

There was npf.sys – network scanner drivers running on your system while you attempted to use dc-unlocker services. You are unblocked now, please remove those drivers before you use dc-unlocker again.

It may be that device you try to unlock is overtaking the connection.

its basically my router on my home network, don't think its a proxy?

Is there a possibility to try a different internet connection method?
