Sorry, there were little problems with servers. Now its ok. If you got the same problem again - restart DC-Unlocker and try again to connect.

Hi, I am getting same error 62 when trying to unlock a rio II - have done these before fine - am using .857 software my dongle number is 119FB031 am I blocked for some reason! please help asap as customer is waiting!!

my username is lukeo and I get an error code 62 and my user credits have disappeared from 10 to zero, and the modem did not unlock.

Is there a way to reset my credit so I can try again?

Here is no block and all server are working.
You should check, if the firewall or other software is not blocking the connection. Check, if you have internet conenction at unlock time. Try to use other connection type or other computer.
Also, you may receive this error becasue router that you try to unlock is trying to overtake the connection to server.
Try to dissable its adapther from control panle and then try unlocking again.

could you check for me? is there any server problem? or any problem make my dongle blocked?

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver npf.sys) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.
