It seems that there are no blocks on your dongle, could you provide ip address that you make connection from as well as device information that you try to unlock.Originally posted by shexroz View PostComment

Well there are no blocks on our side for your provided information so problem is somewhere on your side, you should try to disable firewall and antivirus for few minutes and try to connect to server the nas they might be blocking connection as well.Originally posted by shexroz View PostComment
