Prices for unlocking are listed here https://www.dc-unlocker.com/buy/user_prices , unless you have dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or inifnity dongle. Username and password are sent to email address that was used during payment registration (on first DC-Unlocker page where you fill in your data).
