Here is no block on your dongle ID and servers are working fine.
Can you also write IP address that you are using to connect?
There may be other reasons why you may not be able to connect to server.
Please check this:
Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
Try to use other connection method.
Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.
Here is no block on your dongle ID and servers are working fine.

Hi Gintas, I try to do everythings, unistal antivirus, reinstall the software..change usb ports..and lastone change the pc..and try to do in laptop but same result...
Hello, I've just bought some credits and tried to unlock e173, but i keep getting "error connecting to server". I'm not aware of any sniffer or winpcap - installed your software on a separate machine specially for that. Could you please check what's wrong? My ID is relghuar, public IP should be 77.116.240.222.

Have unblocked you and now you should be able to connect. Reason why you were blocked was sent to you by private message. Please check it.

Uninstall network scanner and its drivers. Winpcap driver npf.sys. Now unblocked and should be able to connect. But if will not uninstall will be blocked again.
