Do not use JTAG at same time when use dc-unlocker. As servers logs say, that was the second block on your Vygis ID. If server detects JTAG again, it may result in a permanent block. Now you are unblocked.

Wrong username and password was entered too many times and server has blocked you. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect with username and password you received after credits purchase.
Yes, you need other internet connection when unlocking modem. DC unlocker can't access to modem if modem is busy .
Error 62 is error connecting to server .

I have got credits at the dealer on www.****-******.** and entered into the program the user name and the password specified at registration at the dealer many times, without understanding why doesn't pass dump, is visible therefore you me have blocked!

Also, make sure other software is not blocking your connection, try to use other connection method, during the unlocking process, working network connection is NECESSARY.

Uninstall network scanner software and its drivers (WinPcap driver npf.sys) and try again. Now you are unblocked, but if you will not uninstall you will be blocked again.
