          Could you write your username or dongle serial? Then i would be able to check, why you may receive this error.

                        Hello. Here is no block on your dongle ID and servers are working fine.
                        You should check this:
                        Check firewall settings (Firewall may block your connection to server).
                        Make sure other software is not blocking your connection.
                        Try to use other connection method.
                        During the unlocking process, working network connection is necessary.
                        Do not use the same modem for the internet that you are unlocking.

                                today i try to unlock ZTE T108 FON AND i could't it , am a vydis dongle user.
