I used the exact same password that was provided to me to log in to the server but it says access denied!

Uninstall network scanner software and it drivers (winpcap driver) or will be blocked again. Now have unblocked and you should be able to connect to server.

and i have recieved tha account password and username

but when i try to check & login to dc unlocker client software

it says
