I have TATAT Photon+ EC152. I am not able to downgrade it to EC150 firmware which is EC150Update_11.104.04.00.000.B416.

Ok, software that installs from modem is closed, not running on pc? Maybe there are more modems/phones connected to computer?

Does modem has drive/cdrom visible in computer area? If possible please write in english, it is not allowed on forum to write in different languages.

Дело в том что ошибка выскакивает не при попытке разлочки а в конце определения устройства.

Try to detect modem while it has r-uim card inside, if you tried it then try to detect while it is removed.

это пробовал но увы, не помогает ни перезапуск ни смена порта, даже смена компьютера не помогла, на 2х компах одно и то же(((

What version of Huawei CDMA unlocker client you are using to unlock your modem?

Make sure you connect modem directly to usb port that is on pc, do not use any usb hubs or usb cable extensions. Restarting pc or connecting modem to another usb port might help to solve it as well.
