Writing correct r-uim settings doesn't unlock device. Unlock is done like shown in the tutorials on the first post of the thread. Also if you need to update firmware to non customized one before unlocking. Therefore download this updaterf from support area like shown in the tutorials (your's will be name as "ec1260..." updater), then after updating you'll be able to unlock it.

Sorry, ec150 is not supported by dc-unlocker for unlocking at the
moment, maybe later in the future, no exact date. There is no solution
to unlock it for now unfortunately

work only RUIM card.
this modem not work SIM and USIM card.
use compatable card? RUIM CDMA450 not work for CDMA800 modem.
