You mean it hangs on software launch procedure and nothing happens? If so please try to launch software while e5220 is not connected to pc, after software is launched then connect e5220 to pc.

Tool says modem not connected (dongle not found). I have E5776s-32 version 22.264.07.00.158. There is no sim when I tried it. Also tried opening the tool first before connecting modem. Should I insert a sim?

This message means that dc-unlocker/rocker/vygis or infinity dongle is not connected to pc. Without one of those dongles you won't be able to use this software.

No, it can only be flashed not unlocked.

Servers are working and functioning, if you still get this error let us know your dongle id.

It means chat is offline if you are redirected to forum when you press online support button. Huawei HiSilicon Firmware writer does not unlock Huawei E303D, its for writing firmware only.

i bought an unlocked huawai E3131(claro of peru) from Amazon, when i tried to use it in Nigeria, it only received 2G in an area with a very strong 3G signal..Any advice please.
