                Yesterday I signed up for New user DC-Phoenix with HCU timed license to unlock and change firmware on some P20 Lite(ANE-LX1)handsets which is supposed to be supported but I get the following screen;tried on different units few times without any success
                Is it me doing something wrong or this model is not actually supported?
                Before detection connect cable to usb and enable Manufacture mode !
