This version already exists on support area, keep in mind there is no such version as LX3, X stands for any number like 0, 1, 2, 3 etc.

Simple, you can use the board firmware for your P20Lite to recover the phone. From there just install any other build, or rebrand it to another region. The factory firmware for ANE is available
